We were very happy with the way you helped us plan & organise our trip to Vietnam & Laos and were very impressed with your quick email responses to all our questions & requests, & felt that we were dealing with a friendly & competent advisor, even before we met you.
This was the first time we had booked everything using the internet, & we were thrilled that everything went so smoothly, thanks to your help with booking Vietnam Airlines flights & modifying the Laos  tour to suit our needs.
In Laos, our guide & driver were terrific. The vehicle we travelled in was new & very comfortable & we were given a very good description of all the sites we visited. The accommodation was also first class & we had no complaints at all.
Thank you again for all you help in planning a marvellous trip that we truly enjoyed & that has given us many happy memories of your country & its people. We really appreciated your warm, friendly service. The trip - private junk was quite an experience. The tour in Halong Bay was pleasant.
 
We left Hanoi with your guide who is a very good guide, we learnt a lot and the whole experience went well, the food on the boat, the kindness of the crew, Everything went well.
The trip was really worth.

Halong Bay was a good trip
All hotel that you make advance reservation for us in Hoi An, HCMC, Hanoi was very nice.

Guide in Hoi An and Hue was very good.  She asked us questions, was very candid and she followed up on our concerns
In HCMC  it was interesting to travel with an older guide (uncle) and to hear his experiences.All the drivers we had were good

Overall it was a good experience to come to Vietnam for a trip, it was an eye-opener for myself, and I learnt alot from it. You and your colleagues have been wonderful in helping me to rectify.
 
* Your agency has been very sincere at helping me resolve any problems, you have promptly arrange for an excellent guide on our trip.
* The driver your agency engage is very good at his job, we feel very safe taking his car, and he never fail to amaze me with his excellent driving and patience.
* Hanoi is so charming and interesting!! I have yet explore all of it, the galleries, the bookstores, the museums, the puppet show.. and will definitely be back again! mebbe 2010 to join in the century celebration?? i miss the food here too.. the tomatoes just taste so much better! and i discovered Vietnam food is not just about Pho, there's also the seafood.. the coffee.. the eggs and toast.. the steamboat at sapa.. the fried fishes.. the corner stall near the history museum selling bun cha nem ran.. and the cakes u gave me to bring home... I think we were very blessed to have enjoy such good food at Vietnam
 
Wow, now I'm all geared to plan my next trip to Vietnam.. maybe a HoChiMinh - Hue - Hanoi... Hahaha!!!
